pleasant experience

Lee and Phoenix did an excellent job with our second story renovation. They finished 1month early and on budget! It was a pleasant experience. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. Lee and John are both very professional. They have a great crew that they have worked with for years. I think that really sets them apart. Everyone that worked on our home was thoughtful, polite, and eager to get the job done – hence the 1 month early completion date! I highly recommend them. I am also a mortgage / construction lender and have worked with builders for years – so I have seen the good, bad, and the ugly. So both personally and professionally I would recommend them for big and small jobs.
